Amenities

 

Red Rock Villages is filled with many amazing amenities for you and your family to enjoy!  Most amenities, including all pocket parks and pool ramadas, are available for personal use by reservation. For more information on reserving amenities, please refer to the documents and information provided below.

 

1.  Please mail the completed RESERVATION FORM and FACILITY AGREEMENT form and refundable deposit (see the form for deposit amount) to our CCMC office C/O Red Rock Community Association.  You may also drop this packet by during onsite hours on Wednesday from 10 AM- 1 PM or Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM.  Please email us to let us know you are coming! 

 

2.  If you are using an inflatable of any kind, you will also need to provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) listing Red Rock Village Community Association as the beneficiary.

 

3. To reserve the baseball fields for team use, or when machinery will be used, a COI (certificate of insurance) must also be provided listing Red Rock Village Community Association as the beneficiary. A hold can be placed on the ball fields and lighting if you email a scanned copy of the forms along with the check and the date it was mailed.  For any equipment that’s not in the fields that will be brought in (pitching machines, bases, 3rd party participants, or anything that is not in the ballfields now that will be brought on by a third party), since its common areas the company your renting this equipment from or person will need to provide you with a copy of a COI showing the information below on the example. This certificate will need to be submitted with the documents on number 1 above as well. This is required for insurance purposes, and your request will not be processed/approved without all documentation. 

 

The address in the certificate holder box needs to be the one listed below. Please note this address is different form to our mailing address.  Please ensure that the certificate contains all of the information in yellow in the photo below.

4.  Once the completed form, deposit, and COI (if applicable) are mailed in, please allow 24-48 hours for a response.  You will receive this response via email from Daniel, the community manager. 

 

5.  Please email Daniel once you are done with your use of the amenity so that we can inspect and return your deposit.  Deposit checks can also be shredded upon request.
