Speeding on Sasco Rd.
Please refrain from speeding or racing on Sasco Rd.  Although the community association cannot issue speeding citations, this is a huge safety issue.
 
 
 
Election Results for ARS 33-1818 Public Roadways Regulation Vote
 
596 online ballots cast, 74.50% of homeowners voted “Yes” to retain the Association’s authority to continue regulating the use of public roadways, while 25.5% voted “No.” *Please see the graphic below from Election Buddy.
 

9 in-person ballots cast, 45% of homeowners voted "Yes" to retain the Association's authority to continue regulating the use of public roadways, while 55% voted "No."
 
Total ballots cast: 605
74.10% voted "Yes"
25.9% voted "No"
 

With this outcome, the Association will maintain its current enforcement policies regarding public roadway use within the community.
