Common Area Harassment Policy
Common Area Harassment Policy
The board of directors at Red Rock Village has signed a new Common Area Harassment Reporting Policy with Enacting Resolution that goes into effect immediately. Although we cannot control or prevent what happens between neighbors on private property, we have created a policy to regulate harassment that occurs on association common areas. For example, the areas include, but are not limited to, community parks, the skate park, and the community pool. To view the full policy, please click on the attachment or visit our website. As a reminder, for incidents that occur on private property, the Pinal County Sheriff's Office routinely responds to reports of harassment, neighbor disputes, and other calls for service when a law enforcement response is appropriate.
If an incident is occurring and involves an immediate threat to life, violence, or the presence of a weapon, residents should call 911.
If there is no immediate emergency, they should contact our non-emergency dispatch line at (520) 866- 5111 and select Option 1 to report the incident.
If you have questions about this policy, please reach out to Daniel Perez, community manager.
