Home Modification Requests

The architectural guidelines protect your property values and preserve the community's character. All modifications to the exterior of your home, including the backyard, require approval before work begins. Before submitting your request, please review the design guidelines below.  Once you have decided on the modification details, please submit an architectural request to ensure all modifications have been approved and are documented as submitted.   Submittals must include a Plot Plan indicating the location of the requested improvement and include all applicable measurements, dimensions, and descriptions. You may also include photos or diagrams.  The more information provided, the better.

Email any questions or comments regarding your plan to RedRockVillageARC@ccmcnet.com. After receiving your email, the management team will review it to ensure it's complete and ready for review. If your application is missing components, we'll reach out to you requesting additional information. 
 
Architectural Review applications will be reviewed within thirty (30) days. All decisions will be communicated to residents in writing.
